Wedding Cake Cookie

My sister is getting married! EEK! I'm so excited! In my world excited=cookie! Everything is cookie inspiration, including my sisters engagement. I have seen many cookies shaped like a cake but this is a cookie cake. The difference being a cookie shaped like a cake is only one cookie, a cookie cake takes 9 cookies!! It would be the cutest favor at a engagement party or wedding! the cookies are stacked and layered with butter cream frosting then covered in marshmallow icing and decorated with flowers to match the wedding or party theme. Since this one was just for fun and my sissy lives in Miami I thought some Miamian decor would suit it best!

I have a ton of other wedding cookie ideas and the wedding is only 5 months away, I better get a move on trying them all to pick my favorite for my sisters wedding. This cake could just as easily be a birthday cake or an Anniversary cake with a just a little adjustment to color and decoration!
