If I had to pick one word to describe myself it would be Eclectic…Eclectic Emily. I like this word because it is SO FUN to say….try it…Eclectic. Nice huh? I love so many things in so many areas, sewing, crafting, cookies (of course.) Most of all I love being a mommy! I have two amazing boys! My oldest is 2 years old and my youngest is going on 2 months! My husband, Luke, works 3 jobs and is finishing school, we are excited to say that graduation will happen this year!I found out I love making and decorating specialty cookies over Christmas 2010. After the holidays I wanted to keep trying new cookies and decorating ideas. My cookies are iced mostly with a special icing made with marshmallows, I can make it just about any flavor you like. The original flavor tastes similar to inside of an Oreo cookie. I use various other icings for details, monograms, etc. The majority of my cookies are sugar cookies but as my business grows I am trying other types of cookie dough to decorate.
